This package is for 1-1 Personal Training sessions held at 318 Fitness.
All our plans are customized to each clients goals. To maximize results we recommend dedicating 3 sessions per week over a 4 week consecutive block.
We will teach you the basic fundamentals of the Squat, Bench & Deadlift. Guide you in the gym to lift correctly & safely in a fun environment. Support & encourage you to increase weights and lift at your full potential.
