1-1 Coaching Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

At Reynolds Nutrition, we strive to provide the best possible coaching experience for our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching sessions. Please take note of our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling:

   • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
   • If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be charged at the rate of the session.
   • If you need to reschedule within the 24-hour notice period, we will gladly accommodate your request at no additional charge, subject to availability.

2. No-Show Policy:

   • If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notification, it will be considered a no-show.
   • In the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur, and we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution. If you provide us with ample notice, we can reschedule your session without any additional charges.
