By covering different workouts each session, we can develop a customized program for YOU.
One example of this might be ;
Session 1: Push (Chest, Shoulders and Triceps)
Session 2: Pull (Lats, Rear Delts, Traps, Biceps)
Session 3: Legs (Quads, Hammy's, Glutes and Calves)
Now in 3 sessions you have a complete program that you can use with or without me. We can then continue to develop this program each time we train together.
This can be used for bodybuilding, powerlifting and any other strength or speed-based sport.
Sessions are not limited to time; they are focused on teaching YOU how to perform exercises with the best possible form. The better your technique comes, the faster and more efficiently you can train. "
