It is broken to into 4 week blocks
With intensity waving up to a peak in week 4, then ramping back down again in week 1 of the next phase.
What we cover in all plansBasic Fundamentals of the Squat, Bench & Deadlift. Activation - Warmups - Mobility drills. Programming suited to your level of lifting. We are big on Technical analysis which is crucial to identify any strengths & weakness in any or all of the 3 lifts . Covering Hypertrophy & Strength cycles dependent on the client goals. If you wish to enter a PL meet we will guide you to the platform every step of the way. Injury prevention, basic sport nutrition & Supplement advice
